Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Conservationist (Built Heritage) – PPS-11
This is a senior-level position targeting professionals with deep expertise in built heritage conservation and restoration.
Educational Qualification:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an HEC-recognized university
- Must be registered with PCATP (Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners) or PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council)

- PhD holders: Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Master’s degree holders: Minimum 15 years of professional experience

2. Structural Engineer – PPS-09
